For new students wishing to live on campus, applications open February 1st for fall and September 1st for spring semester. The off-campus market starts leasing as early as late fall for the following fall though you can still find housing throughout the year. There is more off-campus rentals in Boone than needed though certain complexes do fill early. New spring students usually sublease rentals. Visit our transfer housing webpage for more information.
